Hey Andy,
How's it going? I'm just emailing you about my internship (at Bay Communications & Marketing Inc.) It's going really well so far and I'm liking it a lot. So far I've written a two news releases, been working on a comprehensive media list, and writing/editing web content for websites. I'm really happy that I'm actually doing real PR work and being given creative reign over a lot of it. I just wanted to let you know that I'm using everything you taught us and really liking it!
